Tom Naylor, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Naylor is the founder of Advanced Telemetry’s core technology framework and a recognized expert in the field of telemetry application design and development. Prior to Advanced Telemetry, Mr. Naylor was the Chief Executive Officer of Loudwater Technologies, a technology consulting firm specializing in advanced software solutions in the general area of remote monitoring and machine control applications.
Mr. Naylor’s professional career has been focused on control system
design and development. He resides with his family in San Diego.
Gus Ezcurra, President
Mr. Ezcurra is an experienced senior executive with a career spanning Fortune 100 companies as well as high tech start-ups. Prior to Advanced Telemetry, Mr. Ezcurra held management positions at VeriSign Corporation, Coactive Networks, Echelon Corporation, and Harris Corporation. At Coactive, Mr. Ezcurra led the sales team of the world’s pioneer in the development of gateways for Home Area Networks. At Echelon, Mr. Ezcurra spearheaded an EMEA sales team whose efforts resulted in the deployment of nearly 50 million smart meters across Europe in the early 2000s.
Mr. Ezcurra graduated from California Polytechnic State University and resides with his family in Marin, California.
Davis Watkins, Vice President, Commercial Sales
Mr. Watkins has over 20 years of senior sales management experience in the HVACR contracting, distribution and manufacturing arenas. As Vice President - Commercial Sales, Mr. Watkins' main focus is to establish a nationwide network of HVACR wholesale distribution partners to better enable our customers to access our products, training and support. Mr. Watkins is a recognized authority in the HVAC segment of sustainable building technologies, where he is a sought after speaker and trainer. He has been the driving force behind successful start-up and fast-growth organizations that capitalize on niche markets and technology solutions. Most recently, Mr. Watkins was Vice President of Applied Products for Sanyo Electric's Commercial Solutions Division.
Mr. Watkins currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and son.
Sylvain Bernard, Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Bernard is responsible for managing the company´s engineering efforts, including product design, implementation, and quality assurance. Prior to joining Advanced Telemetry, Mr. Bernard held various engineering and project engineering positions with Goodrich Aerospace and Qualcomm, working on projects ranging from high-precision inertial navigation systems to mobile tracking platforms.
Mr. Bernard earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and resides with his family in San Diego.
Mike Denny, Vice President, Field Operations
As Vice President of Field Operations, Mr. Denny is responsible for all aspects of support and field services. Prior to joining Advanced Telemetry, Mr. Denny held key management and technical positions with several Orange County, California based medical electronics and electronic test equipment manufacturing companies.
Mr. Denny brings to Advanced Telemetry more than 20 years of experience in the electronics industry. He resides with his family in Orange County.
Eric Jew, Vice President, Operations
Mr. Jew is responsible for transforming engineering designs into commercial products and oversees all purchasing, production and logistics. Prior to Advanced Telemetry, Mr. Jew held various management positions at successful semiconductor equipment and medical device start-ups in San Diego and Orange County.
Mr. Jew is a San Diego local and earned a degree in Engineering Physics from the University of California, San Diego. He and his growing family live in North County, San Diego.
